Such a great experience today. I came in for a vitamin shot and had my son Warren with me, and the woman running the spa (possibly the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming to both of us. The spa itself is immaculate — very clean, organized, and clearly run with a lot of pride and attention to detail. You can tell this is someone who truly cares about the quality of her business and the experience of her clients. It's rare to find a med spa that feels this professional yet also warm and welcoming. I'm really grateful for the care today and will definitely be returning.

Disappointing experience, and the 5-star reviews are incentivized. I chose this spa based on their high rating, but learned after my appointment that they offer a free hydrofacial in exchange for leaving a review — which explains a lot. My experience: I came in for a facial ($349 + tip, so $426 total) and laser hair removal. The facial was underwhelming for the price — touch was painfully light, I had to prompt for extractions myself, extractions done in a dim lit room, no steam for the face, there was no neck or shoulder massage, and the skincare guidance felt uncertain. Oh and the robe they gave me to wear was dirty. For that price point I expected a more skilled, thorough treatment. The laser hair removal was also rushed — she moved quickly and I ended up with patchy, uneven results rather than full coverage. I reached out to management hoping for a partial refund or redo and they declined. No attempt at resolution. Just a thank you for my feedback 😂 Save your money and find somewhere that earns their reviews honestly.
