How AestheticHub verifies every clinic
Every clinic on the platform goes through the same verification process before it’s allowed to appear in search — here’s exactly what that involves.
What We Check
Four things, every time.
Business registration Confirmed against public U.S. business registries.
Medical / aesthetic license Cross-checked against the relevant health authority registry.
Supervising doctor credentials Registration number verified with the medical board.
Facility & address Matched against your submitted proof of address.
What You'll Need
Have these ready before you apply.
A business or domain email — not a free provider like Gmail
Your clinic's business registration number
Your medical/aesthetic facility license number
The supervising doctor's registration number
Proof of address — a recent utility bill or lease
A few photos of your facility (optional, speeds up review)
