I did three rounds of microneedling with PRP for the first time with Jasmin Bafaiz and it was an excellent experience! From the beginning, Jasmin was attentive to my needs and very thorough in addressing any questions or concerns I had. At the consultation appointment, she recommended procedures specifically for my concerns (acne scarring and hyperpigmentation) and I never felt pressured to choose any one, as she listened to my skin goals and was realistic about what certain procedures could help with. Jasmin has excellent bedside manners and she is so warm and kind. She made me feel safe and relaxed for a procedure that I had little to no experience with. Her instructions for pre- and post-care were clear and easy to follow, and always reassured me that she and the team are available if I ever need to reach out. I love my results and my friends have all said my skin looks glowy! As an East Asian woman with melanated skin, I trust Jasmin and the Elinea team because they understand how to work with patients with light to medium or even darker skin tones, and they will tailor the procedures, instructions and risks, and aftercare more specifically for our skin types. The experience was very relaxing and the ambiance of Elinea truly felt like a spa. The place was clean, cozy, and had the best smelling candles in the bathroom. I had 3 other consultations scheduled with other clinics, and canceled them all after my experience here. From check in to check out, the experience was great. Staff, Komal, the facility, the service… all great. I really felt comfortable with Komal and appreciated her answers to my questions, and her conservative nature when it comes to number of units needed for treatment, etc. I ended up getting my first Dysport injections for crow's feet at that appointment, and I'm excited for this new journey!
