My experience with Dr Sheena Kong was excellent from start to finish. Dr Kong is incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions, and clearly explained the procedure, healing timeline, and best practices. Her team was also amazing and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I felt fully informed and cared for every step of the way. I trust Dr Kong completely and am already very pleased with my results so far (even though I still have several months of healing ahead and the final contour is not yet visible!) 10/10 highly recommend.

Dr. Kong has such a warm and caring bedside manner, she immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She's easy to talk to, patient, and takes the time to clearly explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. She was also able to safely and effectively treat my son's acne scars, even with our darker skin tone, which meant so much to us. Seeing his improvement has truly restored his confidence. We're so grateful for her care and can't wait to see the final results as we complete his treatments with her.
