Allison, the owner, is very kind, thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating. I had some issues with the bioidentical hormone prescriptions from the previous owner and Allison was kind enough to fix the issues as quickly as possible. Alexia, the nurse practitioner, and the aesthetician were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Alexia recommended some peptides to help improve my skin. I'm excited to see the results from that. It was a pleasure having a procedure done there. I highly recommend this medical spa. They also take care of my hormone replacement therapy . Went for IPL and was convinced into a package of three which is said to be standard and needs to be performed 4 weeks apart. I didn’t see results on my first visit so maybe that is true. To preface, this is about an hour plus drive from me, but I found the specialist’s work on TikTok and this is a very talent specific service (I have been planning to do for over 10 years locally at a Palm Harbor medspa) so I accepted. Last week I got a call while I was at a conference from the owner that the woman who performed the service for me is no longer there. I told the owner I would like to reverse my package... A few days later I received a pre scheduled appointment reminder and cancelled. It’s now been roughly a week and I never received a return call from the owner. I called today and spoke with a woman on the phone that informed me it’s non refundable... I didn't appreciate being misled and then ghosted - that this is unethical business practice.
