Pam, the office manager, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The entire office runs like a well-oiled machine—they're organized, efficient, and always on schedule, which I really appreciated. Dr. Castellano took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered every question I had. I had a severe diastasis along with a hernia, and he was very honest about what recovery would look like. He didn't sugarcoat it—this is major surgery, and recovery isn't easy—but everything happened exactly as he prepared me for. Now that I'm on the other side, all I can say is... wow. The results have exceeded my expectations.
