Everyone is professional. The whole journey was efficient and professional and I am very happy with the service. The team even went above and beyond the call of duty and explained lifestyle and skincare choices and how they affect my treatment. The leadership team is very friendly and always looking for ways to help the us, their customers. I also appreciated the small touches like free cold drinks and pens handed out on site.
