I had a routine full‑body skin exam with Annabelle Clement, PA, on July 27th. She was thorough, professional, and polite. The visit was on time, efficient, and she addressed my concerns, including removing a skin tag and ordering a biopsy. My only issue was with the patient portal. I tried to use it to ask a follow‑up question about a facial moisturizer, but the system wouldn’t accept the required information. I then called the office and left a voicemail but did not receive a response. I ultimately had to seek advice elsewhere. Overall, the clinical care was excellent, but the communication system after the visit needs improvement.

Dr. Zaias was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. From the moment I met him, I felt confident that I was in excellent hands and trusted his expertise completely. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Zaias to anyone looking for exceptional care.
