From our first introduction, it's been clear my treatment plan is customized for my needs and the team is always willing to evolve my treatment plan in the most economical way possible to best meet my skin needs. I have never once felt rushed during my treatments or when I'm asking questions to understand my skin better. On a personal level, Jen and Dr. Dasari are welcoming, inclusive, and down to earth. I started seeing Dr. Dasari to treat a facial vascular birthmark I've had since birth. While I've had success with PDL laser in the past, I wanted to explore treating deeper vessels with a YAG laser (specifically Aerolase), which she offers. From the beginning, she has been incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach. I never feel rushed, and she is careful and precise with treatment, which I really appreciate. It's clear she takes her work seriously—she's always staying up to date, consulting with other dermatologists, and refining her approach to ensure the most effective and safe outcomes. On top of that, she's just a joy to be around...warm, personable, and genuinely kind. She's also very generous with her time. Even though this is a medical setting and not a spa, I consistently leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and taken care of.
