CG Cosmetic Surgery

I am so grateful for my experience with CG Cosmetics from beginning to end. I had an arm lift and mommy makeover with Dr. Lofman, and I truly could not have asked for a better surgeon. He is kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process, and I am so thankful I trusted him with such an important decision. My experience was made even better by my amazing coordinator, Zadisley. She was there for me every step of the way. She not only answered questions and provided ongoing support, but she also offered reassurance and friendship throughout this journey. Her kindness and dedication meant so much to me. My mom was so impressed with my experience and can’t wait for it to be her turn with Dr. Lofman in a couple weeks! She chose Dr. Lofman for her thigh lift, arm lift, and breast augmentation. If I ever have any additional cosmetic procedures in the future, CG Cosmetics and Dr. Lofman will absolutely be my choice. I highly recommend them!

Coordinator: Five stars for CG Cosmetic Surgery in Coral Gables! My surgical coordinator Raquel was incredible. She was so responsive that she got me scheduled within a month of our first conversation, thanks to a last-minute opening with my preferred surgeon, and she worked around the clock answering every question, even arranging a FaceTime with my surgeon beforehand. Surgeon: Dr. Freiman performed my breast augmentation and was kind, knowledgeable, and comforting at every appointment. I showed him photos of the look I wanted and he handled the technical side, educating me on the process rather than having me guess at cup sizes or cc counts, which let me really trust him. Facility/staff: This is a high-volume surgery center, so it's not the most intimate experience, and pre-op day moves fast to get through the checklist. Still, the staff were professional, kind, and thorough throughout, including requiring a pre-op ultrasound given my family history of breast cancer, which as a nurse myself I really respect. Pre-op day: Expect a long day (3-5 hours). I'd recommend getting your labs/EKG done at your PCP beforehand to speed things along on pre-op day itself. Surgery day: I didn't find out my exact surgery time until the evening before (mine was 8am). My husband picked up my cash-pay prescriptions (about $180 for pain meds, muscle relaxer, antibiotic, and anti-nausea meds) and was kept updated on my recovery. In the pre-op suite I met the nurse who placed my IV, Dr. Freiman for last-minute questions, and an amazing, hilarious CRNA who put me completely at ease before surgery. Recovery: Post-op instructions were thorough, and my next-day follow-up appointment with the NP went great. Highly recommend if this fits what you're looking for in a surgical experience!
