She is the first practitioner who was able to give me exactly what I wanted - to soften my wrinkles while still keeping everything looking natural and preserving some movement. I never wanted a frozen look, and she completely understood that vision. Beyond her skill, she has such a kind, calming energy and an incredibly gentle touch that made the entire experience comfortable and stress free. I'm so happy with my results—they're subtle, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. I have been receiving services from Coastal Medical now for over 10 years and I refuse to be seen anywhere else. Specifically Nurse Alana at the Del Mar location for Botox. She is always attentive to my needs, checking in with me after every procedure to make sure I am happy with my results. She genuinely cares about her customers and makes her patients feel at ease.
