Skin Medical Spa in San Diego

During the consultation that followed my treatment, I was told that "actual" treatments are more in depth. However, I'm not disappointed with my introductory care on this visit. Future treatments are quite expensive. They said that I had 24hr to get "new client" pricing. The sale sheet clearly states that there are no refunds. "Once a payment/program is made, it is considered non-refundable under any circumstances." My introductory skin tightening treatment was $50 plus tip and at post consultation I was told that one treatment was not enough to do much good. The following day, I received a call asking me to remove the picture of pricing sheet. She said this offer was specifically for me. There is a high pressure and inconsistent method of sales.

I was warmly welcomed by the nurse who provided my consultation. She took the time to show me pictures and explain the best options for my needs, while also listening carefully as I shared my past care experiences and concerns. I was referred to this location and chose to come from out of town because I trust the quality of their results. The environment was clean, inviting, and professional, which made me feel even more confident in my decision. I'm looking forward to investing in my skin care journey here.
