I had an amazing microneedling treatment with Erica, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She carefully listened to all of my concerns and took the time to explain everything in detail. I honestly didn't expect such a noticeable difference, but my jawline looks so much tighter and more defined already. The results are incredible, and I'm beyond impressed. What stood out the most was Erica's genuine passion for what she does. She truly cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering the best possible results. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and warm personality made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I had the Triple Lift Facial at Skinetica today and I'm genuinely so impressed. Regina was my esthetician, and the entire experience felt absolutely heavenly. The facial included everything from extractions, a mask, massage, and red light therapy, and my skin was literally glowing and glass-like when I left. Before the facial, I also met with May for a consultation, and she was amazing. She took the time to really evaluate my skin and was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about what would work best for me. I especially appreciated that she recommended skipping certain treatments that could actually be harmful for my skin type, and instead guided me toward treatments that were more suitable. At no point did I also feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need. You can tell they truly care about skin health and results, not just selling services. I'll definitely be coming back to Skinetica for regular facials. Already looking forward to my next visit!
